Describe a problem
Business

Your business isn't working the way it should

"Business is slow" is not a solvable problem, but it always contains one. Ujenva helps you turn a feeling into a number - where people drop off, what it costs, what changed - so you can fix the step that is actually failing instead of spending on the one that isn't.

Sounds familiar?

You don't have to phrase it properly.

These are real ways people have described problems in this field. Any of them is a complete starting point - Ujenva asks for the rest.

What Ujenva establishes first

Before suggesting anything, it works out what it does not yet know.

  • Rough numbers - how many, how often, how much
  • The exact point where the process breaks down
  • Whether it has always been this way or changed
  • Who does the work day to day, and with what tools

Who this usually needs

You don’t need to know which of these applies - that is the part Ujenva works out, including the order they should come in.

Common questions

Business questions people ask first

Ask about your own situation
Should I spend more on advertising if sales are down?
Not until you know your conversion rate. If enquiries are healthy but few become customers, advertising multiplies the leak rather than sealing it. Establish where people drop off first - it is usually cheaper to fix and the answer often costs nothing.
How do I turn 'business is slow' into something I can fix?
Count two things: how many people reach you, and how many go on to buy. The ratio tells you whether your problem is attention or conversion, and those need opposite responses. Ujenva walks you through getting those numbers without a spreadsheet.
Do I need a consultant or can I work this out myself?
Often you can identify the problem yourself and only need help designing the fix. Ujenva's job is to get you to the point where you know which of those you are in - and, if you do need someone, what to ask them.

Problems rarely stay in one box.
